Introduction

My interest in orchids started at the age of eight as I went with my father on his trips to the jungles in Bolivia. It became a hobby after finishing my studies and settling in Peru in the middle sixties.Since then I have travelled quite a lot in the Peruvian Jungles. It was during this trips, that I had the opportunity to see and photograph a lot of wild life as well as many different types of orchids which I want to share with everyone that is interested in not so well known species, and in some cases probably unknown.
